You have arrived at our website at www.AIKON.app which is operated by OAN SOLUTIONS LLC. (“AIKON,” or “OAN SOLUTIONS,” “we,” “our” or “us”). This “Privacy Policy” governs your use of the website www.AIKON.app, AIKON Android app on Google Play, and the AIKON iOS app on Apple’s App Store (collectively, referred to as the “platform”).

This Privacy Policy describes what information AIKON collects about you, why we collect it, how we use it, and under what circumstances we share it with third parties. This Privacy Policy also describes the choices you can make about how we use your information.

1. Collection of Information

(a) Information You Provide to Us

We may ask you to provide us: (1) your first and last name, email address, phone number, company information or other information that could reasonably be used to identify you personally (hereinafter “Personal Information”); and/or (2) demographic information, such as your geographical region or market segment profile (“Demographic Information”).

We may collect this information from you such as when you:

  • Complete account registration forms;
  • Subscribe to our mailing, SMS text, and/or email marketing lists;
  • Post an offer on the Platform;
  • Interact with other parties on the platform;

  • Web Beacons: A Web Beacon is a small tag (which may be invisible to you) that may be placed on our Site’s pages and messages. Web beacons may be used by us for a number of purposes, including to count visitors to the Site, to monitor how users navigate the Site, to count how many emails that were sent were actually opened or to count how many particular links were actually viewed.
  • Embedded Scripts: An embedded script is programming code that is designed to collect information about your interactions with the Site, such as the links you click on. The code is temporarily downloaded onto your Device from our web server or a third party service provider, is active only while you are connected to the Site, and is deactivated or deleted thereafter. The embedded script does not collect your Personal Information.
  • ETag, or entity tag: An Etag or entity tag is a feature of the cache in browsers. It is an opaque identifier assigned by a web server to a specific version of a resource found at a URL. If the resource content at that URL ever changes, a new and different ETag is assigned. Used in this manner ETags are a form of Device Identifier. Our Platform (including our mobile apps) may utilize location-based services to verify your geographical location, deliver content and/or advertisements based on your location, and share your location with our service providers as part of the location-based services we offer. You have the option to enable or disable location-based services by adjusting the settings of your Internet browser or mobile device or by following the standard uninstallation process and removing all AIKON applications from your mobile device.

(d) Data Obtained from Third Parties

We may also receive information about you from your acquaintances and other third parties and combine or link that information with the data we have about you. If we combine information received from third parties with your Personal Information, unless disclosed otherwise, the combined information will be treated as Personal Information in accordance with this Privacy Policy. However, in all other circumstances, this Privacy Policy will not apply to information received about you from third parties.

(e) Data Collection When Interacting with Third-Party Sites

The Platform may enable certain types of interactions between the Platform and your account on a third-party Sites or application. The utilization of this functionality may involve the third-party Site providing us with information, including Personal Information. For instance, during Platform registration, you may have the option to use your Facebook or other account to facilitate the registration or transaction process. If you choose to utilize this functionality, the third-party Site may transmit Personal Information about you to us. In such cases, we will handle this information as Personal Information in accordance with this Privacy Policy. Moreover, we may include links on the Platform to facilitate communication from the Platform. For instance, we may use third parties to facilitate emails, tweets, or Facebook posts. These third parties may retain any information used or provided in such communications or activities, and their practices are not governed by our Privacy Policy. Before utilizing such tools, you should review the applicable privacy policies of the third parties involved.

(f) Information You Provide About a Third Party

You may have the option to send a communication from our Platform to someone else, such as an invitation to a friend. If you choose to do so, the information you provide (such as name, email address, mobile number) will be used to facilitate the communication, and we do not use it for other marketing purposes unless we obtain consent from that person. However, please be aware that when you use any invitation service available through our Platform to invite a friend to join our Platform, your invitation may include your email address and name and any personal message you include. Your invitation may also include a reminder email. We store this information for the sole purpose of sending invitations and reminders, and we do not use it for other purposes.
